Jetvona sells prepaid, data-only travel eSIM plans delivered digitally. Plans are supplied by our network partners and work only in the destinations listed for each plan.

Before buying, check that your phone supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked. We show a compatibility check at checkout, but you are responsible for confirming compatibility.

Each eSIM can be installed once. Do not delete an installed eSIM you still need.

Validity starts as described in the plan details — usually on first connection in the destination.

Refunds: if your eSIM has not been installed and the plan has not been activated, contact support and we'll review a refund. Activated or partially used plans are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where the service failed through no fault of yours.

Jetvona is an independent retailer. Airport and destination names on this site describe where plans work and do not indicate any affiliation with, or endorsement by, any airport, airline, device maker or network operator.
